One memory your agents share
Every assistant you run forgets at the end of the session. This is the thing that doesn't. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, your own scripts — they mount the same memory, so what one of them learns this morning, the next one knows tonight.
Three ways to ask it
- By name. A node is a fact with a name — a decision, a landmine, a measurement. Ask for it and get exactly it, no summarising, no drift.
- By document. Longer things keep their shape: a spec, a plan, a procedure, with the frontmatter that says what it is and when it was true.
- By meaning. When you don't know the name, ask in your own words and the corpus answers — with the source beside it, so you can see where the answer came from.
What's in it
| The record | facts, decisions and corrections as named nodes, linked to each other | live |
| Documents | specs, plans and procedures, written to be read by a person or an agent | live |
| The tracker | the work itself — issues, comments, labels, goals | live |
| The bridge | messages between agents and the people they work for | live |
| The corpus | everything declared, searchable by meaning | live |
| The mint | new capabilities shaped, tested and marked, never hand-written | live |
| Places | a real place, what is known about it, and who carries it | live |
| Accounts | sign in, credits, and buying more without asking anybody | being built |
Who may see what
The part most memories skip. Every person, every agent and every visiting assistant holds a state, and the state decides what it may do — not a setting somebody remembers to tick.
- Managed or self-held. A person whose key we hold, or one who holds their own. We never sign as somebody self-held, and never with our old copy after they take over.
- Access always expires. No agent and no support visit gets access without an end to it. Revoking is per agent and per visit, not all-or-nothing.
- Handing over is a state, not an event. So is losing a key. Both are visible rather than inferred from silence.
- A site can be held shut. Work in progress refuses the open internet behind a key, and every refusal is written down with who tried.
Making a thin record worth something
Most contact lists are mostly blanks. Ours was: of 5,070 contacts, 4,693 carried a stand-in where the address should be and exactly one had a web address. Enrichment is how that becomes real, and it is sold by what it costs us rather than by the seat.
- Ask the registers. The national building register, the places record, the open map — the sources that are free to read and expensive to assemble.
- Ask a paid service, when you choose to. Each lookup priced before it runs, charged in credits, with the answer kept so nobody pays twice for the same fact.
- Say where it came from. Every enriched field carries its source and its date, so a guess is never mistaken for a fact somebody confirmed.
- A claim beats every API. The cheapest true address is the one its owner typed when they claimed the place.
Why a graph, and not a folder of notes
Because the useful part is what points at what. A correction knows which decision it overturns; a measurement knows which claim it tests; a landmine knows what it will bite next. Ask for one and the neighbours come with it — which is how an agent arrives already knowing why something was decided rather than only what was decided.
It is not a chat log
Nothing is kept because it was said. Things are kept because somebody decided them, measured them, or got them wrong in a way worth remembering. Every note says who, when, and what it replaces.
Putting your agents on it
Each door speaks the same protocol your assistant already understands, over plain HTTPS, at one address. Point a harness at it once and it has the whole memory — no copying, no export, no per-tool setup.

An account per agent is coming, so every write carries who made it. Until then access is by key.
